[ET Net News Agency, 23 September 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 22 points lower today at 25,064. It reached a high of 25,072, down 15 points, and a low of 24,811, down 275 points. The Hang Seng Index closed down 253 points, or 1%, at 24,834.
Southbound funds recorded a net inflow of HK$3.45b for the full day, decreased by 72.8%. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were TENCENT (00700), TRACKER FUND (02800) and XIAOMI-W (01810) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were KB LAMINATES (01888), KINGBOARD HLDG (00148) and SMIC (00981) in that order.
