Greetings,

 

Our company purchased an air conditioner from you one month ago. Back to the problem at hand: Not long ago, the air conditioner is not blowing any cold air. As such因此, I have tried to switch off the air conditioner and lift the cover to check whether any ice is visible on or behind the filter. Ms. Eleanor Butler is no longer with Vista Tech, so I will be handling our correspondence from now on. We do have your invoice on file, and you will be pleased to know that the warranty does indeed cover technical assistance保修確實涵蓋技術援助 in this case.

 

Finding a technician in your area should not be difficult. The engineering behind our company is quite standard in the industry. Any technician certified to service these kinds of machines should be more than capable有能力的 of handling your problem. We do ask, however, that you get an estimate估計(價格) before going ahead with any repairs.

 

l understand that you want this issue resolved解決 quickly, so please call me as soon as you know the price of the repairs.
